Integrative Wellbeing Coaching

There is a rapid pace of change in the world today, it can be easy to become stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.


My integrative wellbeing coaching sessions provide a safe, calm and non-judgemental space for you to explore all parts of yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to set intentions related to all parts of your life.


I believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing through combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to improved long-term wellbeing.

It’s my experience that any relationship with the goal of creating transformation needs to be grounded in trust, understanding and compassion.

I suggest one or two initial sessions to complete a thorough assessment so that we both agree a wellbeing plan or a way forward that suits you best. 

I offer your initial 30min discovery call completely free of charge, giving you a chance to experience what its like to work with me.


An important part of improving your wellbeing is finding ways to develop new skills to help you face life's obstacles and challenges.

Used with a therapeutic approach these practices can build a tool box of resources to help you cope with moments of anxiety or stress in your day to day life wherever you find yourself.
