Integrative Wellbeing Coaching

There is a rapid pace of change in the world today, it can be easy to become stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.


My integrative wellbeing coaching sessions provide a safe, calm and non-judgemental space for you to explore all parts of yourself, we’ll work collaboratively to set intentions related to all parts of your life.


I believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing through combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to improved long-term wellbeing.

It’s my experience that any relationship with the goal of creating transformation needs to be grounded in trust, understanding and compassion.

I suggest one or two initial sessions to complete a thorough discovery process so that we both agree a wellbeing plan or way forward that suits you best. 

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation 

These practices work really well practiced independently or alongside my integrative wellbeing coaching.


Used with a therapeutic approach these practices can build a tool box of resources to help you cope with moments of anxiety or stress in your day to day life wherever you find yourself.

Studies show that yogic practices enhance muscular strength and body flexibility, promote and improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, promote recovery from and treatment of addiction, reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, improve sleep patterns, and enhance overall well-being and quality of life.

Hatha Class

I offer your initial 30min discovery call completely free of charge, giving you a chance to experience what its like to work with me. 

There after sessions are offered at £40 per hour 

available at a reduced rate when paid in advance in blocks of  

6 - £220, 9 - £330 or 12 -£440.

I offer a concession rate of £20 ph 

50% reduction for those in receipt of  ESA & JSA

Fees for Groups and Organisations will be agreed after initial consultation.
